Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of you recieving your order.
To be eligible for a return, it is asked that your item is to be returned in the same condition it has arrived in, and be in its original packaging. It is also up to the consumer to pay for shipping for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then also contact you with an outcome, being either approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund of product(s) purchased will be applied to your credit card or original method of purchase. This may take several days depending on the method of purchase.
